  1. General Information The owner of the online store www.joehted.ee (hereinafter “Online Store”) is JO EHTED OÜ (registration number 16313876), located at Kaarna tn 27e, Tallinn, Harjumaa 12916, Estonia.

  2. Validity of Sales Agreement, Products, and Pricing 2.1. These terms of sale apply to purchases made through the Online Store. 2.2. All prices in the Online Store are listed in euros (€) and displayed next to each product. 2.3. Additional shipping costs apply and vary based on location and delivery method. 2.4. Shipping costs are displayed during checkout. 2.5. Product information is provided directly alongside each item in the Online Store.

  3. Order Processing 3.1. To place an order:

  • Add desired products to cart
  • Complete required information fields
  • Select preferred shipping method
  • Complete payment through secure payment options

3.2. Available Payment Methods: Payment processing is handled by Montonio Finance UAB through:

3.3. The sales contract becomes valid upon receipt of payment. 3.4. If ordered items are unavailable, customers will be notified as soon as possible, and all payments (including shipping costs) will be refunded within 14 days of notification.

  1. Delivery 4.1. Standard delivery times:
  • Within Estonia: typically 9 working days
  • International orders: up to 20 calendar days
  • In exceptional cases, delivery may take up to 45 calendar days

4.2. Shipping costs are borne by the buyer and displayed during checkout.

  1. Final Provisions 7.1. The Online Store reserves the right to refuse transactions where pricing errors have resulted in products being listed significantly below market value. 7.2. These terms are governed by Estonian law and EU regulations where applicable. 7.3. The Online Store reserves the right to modify these terms of service. Any changes will be posted on the website.
